We try our best to ship all orders in a timely manner, however our shipping times do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Times

  • Orders placed Tuesday – Thursday before 5pm CST will ship on or before Friday.
  • Orders placed Friday - Monday before 5pm CST will ship on or before Wednesday.

Once we have shipped your order, you will receive an email notification with the tracking number.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure that all information is entered correctly. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please write to us via email at [email protected] as soon as your order show it has been placed. Please review your order and information before submitting your order.

Delivery Notes

  • Once the shipping carrier has marked your package as accepted and/or delivered. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, missing or stolen packages.
  • For the safety of card holders, billing and shipping address must match. If not, you may receive an email requesting a clear picture of the photo ID and the card used when placing the order (only the last 4 digits) to verify.
  • Please be advised- Orders will be cancelled if billing address and/ or shipping address do Not match, and we are unable to verify the identity of the customer.
  • Any orders that have characteristics of fraud will be cancelled.
