Exchanges

All customers will have 14 days (about 2 weeks) after receiving their items to request an exchange. Once that time has passed customers will no longer be eligible for an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item(s) must be in the original condition that you received them in. All item(s) must be unworn or unused, unaltered, undamaged with tags, smoke free and in its original packaging.

Non-exchangeable items

Unfortunately, undergarments are not exchangeable, and all sale items are final.

Damages or Incorrect Item

Please inspect all merchandise immediately and contact us as soon as possible if your order is not correct or does not fit.

Please note: You must contact us within 48hrs of the delivery date to inform us that you received an incorrect or faulty item.

Be sure to include your name, email associated with your order, phone number, the address used on your shipping information, order number and images/defect of the item to help us better assist you.

Cancelled Orders

Orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled. If you refuse an order, it will then fall under our standard exchange policy.
